Healthy Living Holiday Party Tip #4

If it’s not a dinner event, use fingers rather than a plate.  Most events have snacks, hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, or desserts only.  If you commit to graze only on items you can grab and step away with, you will potentially return less often. Creating a plate full of unintended calories can be prevented by only grabbing what you can pinch between your fingers, then step away.     ~Jenny Billman
