Are your patterns mostly unhealthy? Then a single workout will have less impact.

Blowing it a meal, a day, or even two isn’t going to destroy your healthy plan any more than working out once or twice makes you fit. Both can be emotional extremes.

I want to encourage you to consistency; daily, healthy living inside and out.

If healthy and balanced is consistent, a bad day or two has less impact.
