Get Over it and Go! #UsFatGirls

No excusesSince completing my first half marathon, I’m finding I don’t tolerate my own excuses.

Anytime something gets hard and I get overwhelmed and want to quit (fitness or non-fitness related) the 1/2 marathon runner pops in to say,  “Seriously? You just ran 13.1 miles – this is not that hard!  Get in there and do this!!!”
