Doh!Do y’all ever wrestle with the battle between knowing what is good and making ourselves actually do it?

“P90x is a great workout- if I weren’t so exhausted.”
“This banana is a better choice but those cookies smell soooo good.”
“I really should go to sleep, but my todo list isn’t finished”.

Knowing and doing are two extremely different things!
