can't sleepIn every location I’ve lived and worked, here are two commonalities of those struggling with living healthy resulting in feeling out of control and overweight:

1). Too much sleep, or too little sleep, and erratic sleep schedules.
2). Emotionally beat themselves up.

Notice neither of these are about diet or exercise!
