Rather than calories, fat grams, and carbs- I wish all food posted how much sweating it takes to work it off!  Ha!

No matter how much you sweat, it still matters what you put in your mouth.

Please don’t defeat your fought-for work outs!!

You can do it, Beautiful.  Moment by moment.  Baby steps – that’s how you get healthy.  One decision at a time!
